Um, the difference between normal and 'uptick', was the death of one baby.

So, read the fine print. One cannot, in all honesty, call an uptick yet. Maybe one or MOAR deaths, but I doubt that anyone will care. Sad, though I be for the death of even one baby.

sidenote: I've akways thought that SIDS was because of vaccines.
