She wasn't a first-hand witness, though. Her testimony was all hearsay. My guess is, this is what gets her off.

I think she knew exactly what she was doing. At one point in her testimony, she had a hard time keeping a straight face.

Especially the part where she said she heard President Trump say “Turn off the fucking mags! They’re not here to hurt me!”. Just a bunch of hearsay.
She was there for the show, expendable one time quest appearance only.

Butch Cassidy stated that when President Trump was in the "Beast" he lunged for the etc etc.
Only one problem, President Trump departed his Jan 6th Speech in an SUV and was never in the limousine titled "the Beast".
And it's on film!
And I am pretty sure the president doesn't ride shotgun in the beast anyways! Isn't the back super armored and protected? Doubt there is a pass through window like some limousines.
