I first heard him in '90 or '91. Knew right off the bat he was a liar. Unfortunately, I also knew a lot of people would lap up his puke and think he was something special. They probably only had to steal 4%-5% of the vote in a couple states to get him in and declare a mandate, not to mention that the elder Bush was handing him the presidency.
