Only case I can think of is possibly Berger v. NC Conference of NAACP.
In that case, the question was whether or not North Carolina state legislators from the GOP could sue Josh Stein, the Democrat Attorney General for inadequately defending North Carolina Senate Bill 824 and its photo ID requirement for voting.
That 8-1 Yes decision may have went 7-2 otherwise.
