Too long. So in other words. Install Freedom.

Death by 10k papercuts. For every new alphabet agency created it was another 1000 slashes against the People.

When termites damage a structure so bad, it becomes unsalvageable. It just needs tore down and a foundation poured for something new. I pray this is the plan.
