Does Ukraine still have any nuclear weapons? I was reading that when they were part of the USSR, they had about 1/3rd of the arsenal. After the USSR dissolved, they apparently gave them up and signed the nuclear non-proliferation pact in the early 90s. But what the hell does that mean these days?

How would they 'help' NK? Bunch of nuclear scientists looking for work due to layoffs? Something is funky....
