It does happen, but rarely. This isn't even the youngest known. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_youngest_birth_mothers

While a pre-pubescent child could be raped, and they are, if they have a baby then obviously the hormones and eggs are ready. She will have to have a caesarean, most likely.
