What if the precipice moment / scare event is Russia and/or China declaring war on the US? Would that be able to trigger anything valuable to alledged patriots/white hats?

If R/C declare war on the US it will be nuclear by the time it's declared.

Both R&C have hypersonic missiles. We have no defense against them.

So that's about it.
