I don't think Zelensky is in control. In fact, I don't think any western leaders are in control.

Over the years, the top political jobs in The West have gone to apparatchiks. Often these people have a background in finance. In other words they have worked for the oligarchy like the Rothschilds or for the likes of Goldman Sachs etc.

This is why they all do the same things at the same time and seldom, if ever, come up with their own solution to something. It is why they get surprised by events. They are reluctant to do or say anything that their lords and masters might not approve of. They need to wait to be tol what to do in every circumstance.
