Lots of odd visions in the clip. . .where are the parents? How does a Superintendent appear at a public meeting in a sportscoat with the collar turned out? Does he not know how to wear one? His misspeak, and attempted correction, speak for themselves. Defund public schools; bureaucrats are not known for teaching.
