From 2018 on, especially in 2019-20 there were many articles on how they were doing this. Cyber 9 line was used and I think, if I remember right, almost all if not all states used it. This one is interesting bc it was using NG and the state govs, where any evidence, defined by criteria answered in 9 questions, that foreign actors were attempting to infiltrate, was monitored by NG and went straight to state gov.
I always wondered how we never heard much about it bc its hard to believe nothing was detected. Also if info was rec'd by govs, and they did nothing--what would THAT mean?
I saved a lot of the articles, was following them from 2018 on.There were also many after.
Some said what they learned in 2018--was was shaped the strategies for 2020. Also notable that the 'most secure election in history' statement made after--read who signed off on it. No one that important and mainly left clowns. I will tell you who did NOT sign off on it and further has been vague, as far as I know to this point--paul nakasone. imo he is a good guy but I could be wrong.
