So the western world has had fewer and fewer children because we wanted them to have a decent standard of living.Taxed so high that you cant afford to provide a sibling they can kick a ball with. BUT then that govt that never gave a shit about your family lets in millions of strangers and asks you to pay for it. So you end up paying for those extra children you couldn,t afford. On the bright side they have plenty of relatives to practice soccer with.
