I use swabs for my ear. I've never known wax to fall out of my ear on it's own.🤷‍♀️ Nothing up the nose ever.

Yes exactly...some of these dumbasses let someone else shove the swap up their noses, so they are not even in control of where or how far the swab goes! Crazy!!
