This appears to be a painfully plain case of an mk ultra system- vulnerable kid from abusive warped family (are any of the men handlers, agents or fellow systems?), he's been split into multiple personalities (alters) as evident by his appearances in various costumes or modes, and was sent to do some damage. But this was incredibly low effort, which is weird; they didn't scrub his social media or his mom's beforehand, they left his cry-for-help rap and writings out there, etc.

Almost like someone wants people to finally understand how these are set up.
