I’m sick fellas. How often for the paste a day?

Bad headache, high fever, bad body aches. I did 1 round of the paste so far. But how many more a day?

Yes the z-pak is an antibiotic and I would use it in addition to the Quercetin if you are really bad off but probably not otherwise.
