No it’s JADC2, an edge computing initiative started by the DoD almost 10 years ago that among other things, uses humans as nodes to create a network of electromagnetic spectrum surveillance. It’s going to be used to map the moon for Project Artemis but currently they need it to create a new Iron Dome over America in order to detect incoming hypersonic missiles.
