A lady I work with has had a ferocious sinus infection and cough for 6 weeks. Lots of other co-workers and family members complaining of not feeling well for weeks on end. I also know of two individuals have gotten shingles which is unusual. Of course, I'd like to ask them if they had the jabs (which I believe they have), but I'm not bringing that up....many get defensive. Something has changed, especially with the Summer period being here where this sort of thing is not very common.

Yep. Allergens are high this year. Our group of "un" people were hit by, we figure, 3 different things all about the same time. I'm guessing a flu, possible covid flu and then sinus, coughing issues. Most were only out for 2-4 days. Personally, I've had the productive cough for weeks. I foolishly went out into pollens and smoky air and did yard work without my allergy pill. I gave myself a sinus infection. I haven't had one since we found out that allergens were causing them years ago! Usually missing a day of meds isn't this bad. Oh well, on the mend again.
Try calcium lactate for a cough that won't go away
