A lady I work with has had a ferocious sinus infection and cough for 6 weeks. Lots of other co-workers and family members complaining of not feeling well for weeks on end. I also know of two individuals have gotten shingles which is unusual. Of course, I'd like to ask them if they had the jabs (which I believe they have), but I'm not bringing that up....many get defensive. Something has changed, especially with the Summer period being here where this sort of thing is not very common.

Ugh, we’re buying a little place there. I’m hearing lots of stories about bad allergies there.
I was allergic to everything - pollens, grasses, molds, mildew. And I had the worst reaction to a ragweed skin test the allergist staff had ever seen. You know it’s bad when they summon everyone to come see your reaction!
I stumbled onto a site on Instagram that had a lot of good info on allergies. Copper deficiency can contribute to allergies as well as not being able to carry iron well in your blood. I gave up donating blood years ago because I couldn’t pass the hemoglobin test, so I am sure I have a copper deficiency. Working to fix that now!
What are you doing for the copper deficiency? My allergies have been worse than usual this year and several people in my family also.
The little bit of reading I’ve done said you can’t just fix a copper deficiency by taking more copper. You have to ensure your body has the correct level of other minerals and then your body will naturally increase the level of copper. So I’m focusing on getting the RDA of all vitamins and minerals. Life Extension loves me at this point 😁
Good to know, thank you!
