Freddy Brennan, aka Hotwheels. It was 8chan he owned and accused Jim of stealing it from him. Jim's latest stream with his other 3 stooges discusses putting a hit on him or getting someone to kidnap him to get him back to the Phillipines where there is an arrest warrant out for him (Jim and Freddy have a lot of bad business between them)
