The World Court shows a globalist ideology. The unelected judges on the World Court would be the most powerful people on the planet. What gives a World Court legitimacy or power? This scheme necessitates nation states giving up their sovereignty, which itself is anti-democratic. And doesn’t “balancing personal freedoms with social duties” sound a lot like the what the pro Vax mandate crowd is saying? Doesn’t it sound a lot like Masker rhetoric?
