EVERYONE has some gift/area of genius. School only assesses and values a few areas, so many people get discouraged because they don't/didn't do well in school when the fact of the matter is that school doesn't measure or value their gifts. There are a number of perspectives, with the number of areas ranging from 7-11, but his one isn't too bad:
