"Rods from God" - President Trump quoted in a speech once, I recall because the name stuck with me, but can't remember in what context?

Also anyone else remember watching the weather guy, Dutchsense when he caught the strange kind of Rod thing that came from space right through a few states into that area? Stop me if I'm babbling lol.
