It's certainly not coincidence, knowing how important symbolism is to these people. I suggest looking into what might have happened on that cow pasture in the past. They don't pick locations at random. I suspect it is the site of an atrocity or was a former occult place of worship. It has been put forth that the Large Hadron Collider is built on the location of an ancient temple of Apollo, and I believe it for the same reason with all the occult stuff coming out of there (from a bunch of scientists who aren't supposed to believe in mysticism).
