Agree with the depiction of the situation save a couple of things:

1. When the Dutch .gov speaks about the " contract" it is an abstract idea. There is no contract. Never has been.
2. When there is talk about a term: "grond wet" = fundamental law, it is out of order at least since 1953 when the constitutional court was abolished. Since then, judges are refrained from using the " grondwet" to test a law.
3. Testing laws is done with the Senate only, and that senate is almost abolished.
4. International agreements, treaties, memo's of understanding, contracts, etc are incorporated automatically into Dutch law by means of art 93

Provisions of treaties and of resolutions of international organizations, which according to their contents can bind everyone, have binding force after they have been published.

In other words: when it was discovered that the executive was in joinder with the WEF by means of a contract, and it was mentioned it was legally binding, at that point it became the law.

This game has in the past lead to 1848 rebellion that caused the King tomove from ultra conservative to ultra liberal ( with the meaning of 1848!!! not that of today) and agree to this monstrosity of a "grondwet" .

In other words, indeed, the actual fact of The Netherlands being ruled by a foreign flag and being under foreign occupation with a foreign flag as a state of being is becoming more ingrained in the minds of the people. And indeed, The Dutch people are in a state of war with the occupation forces.
