As far as I remember, this guy was used as a distraction. While he was doing his act, 2 planes were scrambled and took out a decomissioned sub near Ketron Is which was used to fire a missile at JDT's plane when he was flying to Korea.
I remember a lot of talk about it on Voat (I miss that place) Richard B Russell had a sub named after him the "SSN 687 Richard B. Russell latest fast-attack-submarine of sturgeon class". Odd coincidence that the Guidestones were next to the park that shares the same name as the sub and the Sky King.
