No, you just see the explosion and then a car driving off near the site. They probably aren't releasing footage of the individual planting it for whatever legal / investigative reasons.
Guys, there's video of the explosion. Clearly C4 or something similar. And a car quickly speeding away. All this "hand of God" talk needs to stop.
