Laws like that are instantly unconstitutional though.

Hopefully you're not working on your law degree.

if that were the case every person who went to NV for prostitution, or WA/CO for weed would be instantly prosecuted on the way back.

But you can't bring that weed or hooker back to your state. Right?

Guess what you bring back when you go to another state to kill a baby?

So...
