I have compiled enough evidence in this document to use for blowing the whistle on the vaccine mandate situation. The Department has changed regulations to claim authority to impose "emergency use products" on its employees, and did so illegally.
Additionally, they have used deceptive wording in their publications to trick employees into getting vaccinated, and those employees very likely thought they were getting an approved version, when in fact it was an EUA version. You do not have to get vaccinated.
There is also a very clear conflict of interest where the Department references and article as the reasoning for requiring vaccination as a condition of employment. An article written by several authors that are Pfizer consultants. AND in that same article, they admit it was paid for by the VA.

Me and my wife are in the same situation, both wont take it. A lot have gotten their notices from HR of reassignment but no response back after months. I'm still waiting for mine. If you get your letter you need to file an EEO complaint to be able to sue later on from what I've been told. Good thing is now they cannot enforce the mandate due to the en banc hearing granted before the full 17 judge panel. This rarely happens so they must really see that something is very wrong with this mandate. Hearing set for mid September.
Yes, EEO complaint, then warning letter for harrasement if they continue to advance the process. Any further contact after that is a Harrassment Complaint and another EEO complaint.
They have screwed up big time. Search out for VA Forms 0857a through 0857q. those are the forms they are supposed to be using and which they have failed to use. Every point on those forms in which there is an option to appeal, or complain to union or EEO is a denial of due process.
Tie up the whole thing. Fight the bureaucracy with bureaucracy.
Last point, unfortunately, that case you speak of, does not apply to health care workers. But, all we have to do is say no, in unison and it ends when we make it end.
From my understanding it does include Healthcare workers. Even on USA Jobs for Healthcare worker positions it states that it cannot be enforced at this time.
Yes I've read through all those forms but they "created" new forms and processes it of their ass just for covid. It allows no option to approve or appeal. It's all BS.
Ask your union if all gov forms must have a form number. I'm 99% positive they must have a form number, but still trying to find the law for that. The president of the union had stated, he refused to sign something that didn't have a form number.
It has a form number. They have 10230a to fill out prior to 0857f. Biden have the power back to the union so I don't trust them one bit to support the employees against mandates. They were bought off. Can look then up on VA forms.
