I've had that though for years now. Not precisely that we were/are being conditioned to think that freedom is selfish but rather that we're being pushed to take freedom too far.

How

Tv music and media in general is used to brainwash and program us. Program us to be selfish and materialistic. Program us to love evil and hate good. Program us to be thoughtless imbeciles (Think Kramer and the average lovable idiot on any sitcom)

I knew people would be driven to take freedom to far. Ljbtq+... The violence The theft The promiscuity (goes with the LGBTQ fuckers)

Obviously at some point "the rulers" would have to our freedom in "check" and they would blame We The Selfish People.

That was my theory in the 1990s
