I had a based chemistry teacher who had a stack of old small arms review and other gun mags from 81-84 that I found in a cabinet in class and he let me keep.

I could weep for the sub-1k full auto goodness therein along with articles testing effectiveness by shooting at pig carcasses and stories of soldiers of fortune and how to do Mozambique drills penned by Massad Ayoob and other tactical greats of the era
