With the new RvWade ruling, what legally stops an employer from firing an employee for having an abortion (even if they travel out of state to do it) if the company is located in a state where abortions are outlawed?
Employee could try to claim "medical discrimination." However, if the state they are employed in has outlawed abortion, then I'm not sure how they could allege discrimination, seeing as their actions are illegal within the state they are employed in.
