A major internet/cellular provider here in Canada has just come back online. Rogers has been offline, apparently country wide since 5am Eastern, 'til 3pm Eastern. No explanation. I wonder what trouble Trudeau wanted to hide for 10 hrs?

The bigger internet/cellular provide Bell was still working all day as well as Tellus which is another big internet provider.
