I've wondered something similar. They are a western country, but with a sparse population in a huge geographical space. They are known world wide for being polite and accommodating. While they do have a sort of constitution, it is not nearly as strong as the one the USA has. They seem to be a pretty decent candidate for a testing ground. But who really knows? I sure don't.
I heard a while ago somewhere that the deepstate was thinking about invading the US with Chinese troops using tunnels from Canada. I think this would only work if they could have confiscated the millions of guns owned by the people. I know they were training Chinese troops in Canada but it wasn’t huge amounts for an invasion.

You wouldn't need tunnels. Just drive across the longest unprotected international border in the world.
