It was never available, and never will be available. Every dose in every arm has enjoyed full EUA protection.

That's what I'm trying to confirm. My understanding was the same but I haven't checked in months. Trying to confirm this charade is still a charade.

From what I recently read, the name was changed and the original jab is now called Cominarty. The whole dialogue of FDA approval Cominarty vs EUA Pfizer vax was all just more flimflam shell game trickery designed to trick the unaware into belief that the vax was approved.

I think it was some kind of "bait & switch" scheme. I saw the vaccine "receipts" of friends in my country, and it said comirnaty. Pfizer BioNTech is, I believe, a US/German consortium, and here in Europe it is apparently called comirnaty. The two produce the same drug, but they are legally different entities
To me it kind of looks like the US FDA is approving the EU version of the drug, whereas the EMA in the EU is approving the US version. That way the media can come out an say they are approved, while in reality, neither are.
That's how I see it, at least.
