Check the labels on your prepackaged food. Most products contain soy of some sort. Soy was genetically modified so that glyphosate would not kill it when sprayed on it. This was done so that farmers could kill weeds without killing the soy. The soy absorbs the glyphosate. Soy is then put into all kinds of food products.
Same with many GMO plants….you can add Roundup to the sprinklers… No need for “Juan’s” with backpack sprayers to carefully walk and spray the rows.
Same with field/grain corn. These crops referred to as "Roundup Ready".
And sugar beets !
