A dozen copies ought to be sent to each US Attorney’s office, along with every county sheriff and state police chief’s office in the country. Perhaps with a printed highlight reel enclosed with promises of more inside.

Someone that determined would provoke some level of response somewhere. That would be a shit storm very difficult to contain.
