I don't think this is Hunter's. I think it belongs to the neice, Natalie. Pedo Peter is what she's calling Hunter. I would guess that maybe "Poppy" is Joe Biden. "Mom" is Beau's wife that Hunter married, Hailie. Maisy and Naomi are her cousins/step-sisters. Sara Biden is Uncle Jim's wife.

Hunter didn't marry Hallie. He was having an affair with her which lead to him being divorced by his first wife.
