Fentanyl can kill by inadvertent exposure (it can be absorbed through the skin) which is why virtually all law enforcement officers and first responders carry narcon to protect themselves from accidental overdose. Many have died as a result of this. Mr. Cryofreeze; what is voluntary about this?
This is the argument that got us here on the verge of world wide tyranny. I thought each of us here on GAW understood.
Should we execute people for selling gas because some psychos like to throw molotov cocktails at police?
If the only solution to the problem is to grant government the power of death for voluntary transactions, then we aren't thinking hard enough.
This law leads to absolute tyranny. How any of you can trust government with this god-like power to kill any of us, is beyond me...
You do know cops frame people all the time right? Freeway Rick Ross was known to be so careful he never carried drugs or cash with him, he was making 2 million a day and had minions to take the fall. Yet when the CIA was done with him, he was pulled over with massive amounts of both cash and drugs in his trunk.
I am truly disappointed that so many people who purport to be on the side of freedom are ok with Trump giving this tyrannical power to drug enforcement agencies. Truly evil.
Your premise is rejected. Even Trump's remarks clearly indicate that a speedy trial and speedy execution of sentence is appropriate; so it is not a unilateral authority for police to execute drug dealers. As to the "argument that got us here"; I attribute your own ignorance as being a huge factor. As to "cops framing people all the time" it appears the government (J6) is the perpetrator; not necessarily the cops; the vast majority of which do protect and serve. Trump suggested that the penalty for dealing dangerous drugs be elevated to the same egregious level as the crime. I pray he takes it one step further; to apply the same penalty to those who denied effective medications for the plandemic due to profit, greed or evil intent while pushing a dangerous, experimental vaccine.
You are missing the big picture, which is dumbfounding to me.
Are you talking about involuntary transactions? Like forcing the vax? Because yeah, that one is evil and whatever penalty people decide is fine by me.
But if it's voluntary, then keep government out unless you want a tyrannical drug enforcement agency to have the power of life and death over everyone.
Voluntary is victimless, people will die, innocent people will die.
Your insults are unnecessary, I'm just trying to red pill you awake.
Executing adults for voluntary transactions is pure evil and I'm not sure why you all do not see it?
