I couldn't tell - is that the beige attache in the clip? or the other one? Why would these guys (in this clip and other link, above) both have 2 bags? Seems like the 'football' carrier would have only ONE job on which to focus and wouldn't need extra papers.
football carrier at times in GEOTUS' admin sometimes had 2 and I have noticed the same when Potatus carried as I do believe there is one there also. remember that the instruction to the Joint Chiefs is only an instruction and the decision rests with NORAD or Castlerock
