Father of radio
From what I read in a biography of Tesla, he was finally recognized for Radio posthumously he was one of those brilliant minds that wasn't good at business or doing the paperwork on time. In today's terms.... on the spectrum.
What amazes me is that he did all this with the lack of modern testing equipment.
I've done some of Tesla's stuff but I have an oscilloscope, function/signal generator, multi-meter, etc.
Father of many things.
Alternating current that powers our homes, remote control (possibly the first remote controlled device, a boat), X-ray technology (at least an early pioneer). Probably more stuff.
