Again, Gitmo is ONLY for foreign fighters from proscribed groups like Al Queda. There is no provision in law to try American citizens that way. Its a fantasy of yours, nothing more.

No, I read this here as part of the devolution series or part of the manual of war and the expansion of Gitmo makes no sense otherwise. And why do you feel a personal attack is an appropriate response? That also makes no sense.
