Those are not rod of God targets.

The device know as the "Rod of God" are MIL SATS with kinetic 'darts'. These 'darts' are telephone pole in size. Made of hardened Tungsten. Effect of these should mimic a low level nuke without radiation. They are penetrating weapons.
