I always read “sleeper” as Manchurian types. Unconscious of their programming but positioned to act for their programmers.

There’s no question those guys were reading the drops as we were. What if Q could activate or deactivate their trigger phrases?

Whatever names Q drops puts them under a microscope of scrutiny. That scrutiny is used to advance the plan that we do not know.
