Just celebrated my 10 yrs sober from herion/opiates EPIC Accomplishment

Yesterday i met my 10 yr milestone. So if you or someone you know or love is struggling with addiction I just want you to know the recovery is possible and I am living proof.

Been reading much on this the past couple of years, as I've struggled with Candida for many years. The article linked is very concise and easy to follow, well researched and sauced.
