Yesterday i met my 10 yr milestone. So if you or someone you know or love is struggling with addiction I just want you to know the recovery is possible and I am living proof.

Congratulations!!!! Any advice on staying away from opiates? “Norcos and muscle relaxers but nothing stronger”. Can go decent periods of time without but they find their way back especially during hard times

Honestly dude the only reason I got clean is because I went to prison for two years. It saved my life. When I got out it was easy, I was a new man with a new life and I never looked back. Before I got locked up I was able to get clean a few times for short periods but I always replaced it with something else: benzos, booze, weed, suboxone, all of the above, etc.
