You’re entitled to it and I tend to agree but with the extenuating circumstances, as they are, if I were in the jury box I would side with the initial victim. If it were a woman who went back to kill her sexual assaulter she’s be praised no?
I can’t fault anyone for defending themselves against sexual predators or retaliating for sexual abuse. It’s about as human as it gets, to me. It’s like a father getting off for killing his daughter’s rapist, the father definitely guilty of 1st degree premeditated murder…. But is he?
All respect for your opinion just my 2 cents.
Revenge killing is not.ok. And we should never accept becoming a society that thinks so.
Do you have children?
What would that change? How would that impact revenge killing being ok? This guy had all the time and opportunity to get justice and not kill someone. He chose differently. Whether something bad happened to him or not does not justify taking all the necessary steps to be in the position he was in. He should be in jail for premeditated murder.
Jury of his peers found otherwise.
