He said that with basic flight training, it would be possible for even a camel jockey to fly a commercial plane into a low target like the Pentagon. He also maintains 100% that United 93 was shot down by a USAF fighter.

That said, you are correct about the 3-4 frame clip from the CCTV. It shows a small object, when compared to a commercial airliner, about the size of a Tomahawk missile hitting the side of the Pentagon.

Interestingly, a bystander, whom I know, was in the parking lot when the plane/missile hit and was a very early voice pushing the plane narrative on CNN at the time.
