I keep seeing leftoids point to the so-called balanced budget under Bill Clinton led to the US taking in more money than it spent.

It's a Democrat, so I know it's bullshit.

Don't forget to factor in the $2.3 Trillion that "went missing" through the Pentagon. That little tidbit was disclosed on September 10th, 2001. Something must have happened afterwards to distract everyone.
