Chinese people don't even know what egg rolls are. If you ask them about egg rolls they think you mean a hollow tubular cookie-like thing.

They also don't eat what we know as egg rolls with their meals. It's a kind of western thing really.

They also don't have fortune cookies or even sesame chicken.

Our Chinese food is pretty fake. I like it, but it's not very Chinese.
