Real Estate is being bought quickly by teams of investors who then are holding on to it. I must get 5-10 calls per week from people who ask if I want to sell my home. I keep blocking the calls and they keep coming. The homes never even have to go to market. They are bought behind the scenes by these teams of investors who don't resell and a 'For Sale' sign never even goes up.

BlackRock investors are outbidding everyone on any Real Estate listing or public sale in my large metropolitan area. The regular people are being outpriced, leaving them in a state of flux and finding their rent going up substantially.
